One personal goal I bet everyone had on their to do in 2013 list is be healthy, lose weight. This is an all the time goal for myself. A lifestyle I am constantly working towards. A good friend Morgan shared with her friends a new project that she has started with a few close friends. I have hopped on board with Going the Distance and I will be participating.
My week 1 goal is to:
– Walk 10km over the week.
– There are 84 Stairs in my building. My goal is to take the stairs 3 times a day for 7 days. That would be 3,528 steps I would climb.
